This is a whole grain seeded sourdough loaf full of whole grain oats, quinoa, flax seeds, flax meal, sunflower seeds, whole grain wheat, whole grain rye, barley, rolled oats, whole grain triticale, maple syrup, whole wheat flour, and bread flour.

This soft bread is filled with raisins, apples and cinnamon and sweetened with honey and rolled in cinnamon sugar. Pictured is the round swirl, but this can also be braided like the traditional Challah loaf

These rolls are sweet, soft, and gooey with a sweet dough and luscious cinnamon filling. The rolls fill a 9x13 pan and are great for a crowd. Choose between 16 large rolls or 24 smaller roll.
