This is a whole grain seeded sourdough loaf full of whole grain oats, quinoa, flax seeds, flax meal, sunflower seeds, whole grain wheat, whole grain rye, barley, rolled oats, whole grain triticale, maple syrup, whole wheat flour, and bread flour. 

This sourdough loaf is beautifully fragrant with lemon and rosemary. While the flavors are not overpowering, it tastes fresh and bright!
